How do I make a payment after receiving a payment request email?

If you received an email with the subject “eVoucher Purchase Request,” it contains the payment options and instructions to complete your payment.
Please note that PayPal is not supported. We usually accept bank transfers and card payments. For your security, we will never ask for your bank or card details.
Once you complete the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
HowToPay only processes the payment on behalf of the business. If you have questions about your order, please contact the business directly.
